Partnership Park

Partnership Park is a 3 acre site that we bought as derelict and are in the process of developing for employment use.  Phase 1 is over 20,000 sq ft of light industrial space in 8 units and almost fully occupied.  Phase 2 is a further 20,000 sq ft and is due to be complete in August of this year.  More than half the units in this phase have already been allocated. 

Private funds have been raised for both phases.

Economic development and regeneration.

Regeneration schemes

The Partnership is used by many public agencies and local authorities to develop and coordinate district wide regeneration schemes.  These have included nine major schemes underthe& Area Investment Framework and Single Regeneration Budget programmes worth in excess of £150 million and including several hundred individual projects. 

Large parts of these schemes have included social regeneration priorities that sat well alongside the Partnership's own objectives to encourage economic growth that is inclusive and sustainable
