Partnership Business Park

This is the development of a derelict industrial site to provide 'move-on' business units for growing and developing business. The development of 60,000 square feet of light industrial units.

Partnership Business Park is located in central Portsmouth on Rodney Road, Fratton. It has been designed and created in phases to create business space for small local businesses to use. After the success of Phases 1 and 2 – a total of 16 units – we have starting work on Phase 3 which should be ready for use in 2011.
