Social Inclusion Programme

This innovative programme aims to develop and promote new approaches to social inclusion and raise the regional and national profile of the social inclusion work that takes place in Portsmouth and SE Hampshire. It is doing this through a social enterprise development programme to improve the business performance of the third sector and an"Opportunity and Aspiration" policy designed to articulate a positive social inclusion approach, influence local policies and attract investment for innovation activity.
